-    For you need to choose a good picture so you can zoom in and precise your work

-         After you should create a new layer

 

-         Then choose the color you want to paint the eyes with

-         Now paint the eyes carefully and precisely till you get all the spot of the eyes

-         Now go to diffusion and choose overlay or oft light or any mode that you get the best result with . and you can play with capacity and the fillto get the best result

-         And if you want to change to another color without going thru all this work again you just go to hue/saturation . and press the icol that can allow to just affect the layer below

and finally select all the layers and choose merge layers.
